With over 17 years of professional services and industry experience, Ritesh is well versed in governance, risk management, internal controls and audit. He developed a solid technical foundation in mature environments like Deloitte and CBS in New York moving on to work on digital transformations that powered high-paced growth at lululemon, GLENTEL, and Selfridges Group in Canada.

With a keen understanding of a wide range of organizational functions, including Finance, Information Technology, Operations, Human Resources, and Digital, Ritesh skillfully connects internal and external risks to their root causes. He promptly moves the dialogue to solution-driven strategic risk mitigation that drives growth using a culture and values-based leadership approach.

Rustom brings over 35 years of global experience in the technology and financial services industry working in foreign markets. He is currently a Senior Advisor to AWR Lloyd and WRG2030 at the World Bank in India, and, until recently, was an advisor to the United Nations Technology Innovation Labs (UNTIL). Rustom has co-founded two fintech start-ups, and advised several technology start-ups, mid-market firms, and venture capitalists in India, SE Asia, and North America on strategy and operational excellence.

Rustom previously led JP Morgan’s implementation of global IT sourcing, the creation of JP Morgan Services India, and was the CIO at ICICI Securities, a joint venture with JP Morgan. Rustom also sat on the Board of Directors at JP Morgan Securities India Ltd’s, and JP Morgan Services. Prior to JP Morgan, Rustom spent ten years with the Tata Group, holding various technology roles at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and Tata Oil, including being appointed the CIO for Tata Oil, and being involved in Cybernetics and CLIOS (Complex Large Scale Integrated Open Systems).

Rustom’s interests span global economics, geopolitics, the impact of technology on society, and sustainability. Current technology interests include digital commerce, AI, and innovation in outsourcing. Rustom has an MBA and read Finance at the London School of Economics.

Sabrina’s curiosity has led her to work within a cross-section of industries. She has over 8 years of experience in various IT related roles in the academia & finance sectors. After 4 years of support related roles, she shifted her focus to IT Project Management and Business Analysis.   

A passionate creator, Sabrina also has over 10 years of experience in the media & entertainment industries. She has held various roles on numerous inter-departmental teams including promotions, production and news over a 7-year tenure in radio broadcasting. Her time in radio introduced her to voice over acting, a passion she actively maintains.  

Sabrina’s varied background creates a unique blend of skills that make her a highly analytical yet creative Project Manager and Business Analyst.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Her interests include philosophy, cycling and music.  

Karling spends her days working as a digital marketing consultant, social media manager, and account coordinator for a wide variety of clients. Previously, she had been working as a full-time yoga teacher and running a wellness retreat business. In 2020, Karling realized that she wanted to work remotely and use her expertise to help other businesses thrive. Karling brings a multifaceted skill set in project management, design, copywriting, customer support, digital marketing, and event planning to the SolvedAF team.

Karling is a creative powerhouse with an eye for detail and excellent strategic planning skills. She thrives in roles where she can help drive ideas to fruition, and loves helping people off-load tasks to feel less busy, more focused.

Jonathan is a CPA with over 12 years of retail industry experience including financial accounting, inventory management and analytics, FP&A, system implementation and testing, business processes analysis, and recruitment. 

Jonathan successfully navigated the ultra-fast paced environment in Hong Kong as a Senior Finance and Accounting Recruitment Consultant, where he specialized in the luxury retail industry for over four years. He was recognized for effectively cultivating and managing relationships, consistently being the top-biller on his team, and surpassing sales targets. 

Jonathan was part of lululemon and CORIX’s hyper-growth stage, which involved several system implementations including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Point of Sale (POS), and ecommerce. It enabled him to develop foundational knowledge and skills in systemic business process improvements and best practices in finance operations, especially inventory control and management. 

Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation. He is an avid yoga practitioner, traveler, and equity researcher and trader.

Bhavin is an experienced risk management professional with 11+ years in internal audit, IT risk management, system assurance/IT attestation, operational resilience, cyber risk, and program management. He has worked with leading global organizations across the public sector and various private sector industries, including banking and financial services, retail, telecommunication, technology, healthcare, power & utility, mining, and higher secondary education. He has served on several leadership committees enhancing security, risk, and compliance posture and mitigating top technology risks to organizations. 

Bhavin holds an MBA from the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business with a specialization in Consulting & Strategic Management and is a Computer Engineer. He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Controls (CRISC) and has a Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK).  

Nahee has over 5 years of experience in finance, management and client service in South Korea. Her curiosity led her to Canada on a new career path. She is focused on driving results and new value creation for clients. Her extensive background and experience brings valuable skills in business analysis, marketing, and business development while supporting clients and the SolvedAF team. 

Nahee has a degree in International Trade, along with Business Analysis certification from the University of British Columbia. She is passionate about learning new technologies, international economics and social issues. Her interests include travelling, exercising, and cooking.
